suddenly everywhere: creamy eyelets

Soudain, partout: des œillets crémeux

I can see a glimpse of spring on the horizon (in my mind’s eye, of course). Beautiful Spring and Summer patterns are popping up like crocuses under the snow, and look – I see eyelets everywhere. Proof in pictures.

Left to right, top to bottom/ de gauche à droite, haut puis bas:

Bold & white – this is not a new trend in knitting, but it is still going strong this coming season. If these are too bold, how about a more subdued version, like the one below? In a silky yarn, no need for a foundation layer. So, any eyelet on your knitting plans?

  1. These eyelet tops are fabulous! I particularly like the Cosmic Sweater, although it looks like the pattern may only come in one size. Are you planning to knit any of these beauties?

    • I had my eye on Delineate, and I have the yarn in my stash but first I must find an issue of Pom Pom. Not sure I will have the time to knit a lot this spring though, it’s a crazy year for me. We’ll see.
